Cancellation Policy
Full payment shall be forfeited for cancellation made 2 days or less before the arrival date (3 days or less during the Holy Week). Fifty percent shall be forfeited for cancellation made 5-3 days before the arrival date (7-4 days during the Holy Week). For more information, please consult the Resort Guidelines.
