Resort Guidelines

  Pannzian Beach and Mountain Resort maintains the following resort guidelines:

  • Please register at the resort's reception upon check in.

  • Coordinate with the resort manager regarding your resort itinerary/activities during the duration of your stay. A resort guide will be provided free of charge to assist you during your resort activities.

  • Be guided accordingly by the resort's house rules:

    Please help us maintain cleanliness at all times.
     · Cooking is absolutely not allowed in the resort.
     · Bringing in of rice cookers, portable burners or stoves is strictly prohibited. Pannzian Resort reserves the right to confiscate and store said appliances during the duration of the guest’s stay. An amount equivalent to 50% of the guest’s room rate shall be charged as a deposit fee.
     · Please remember to wash off sand in the outdoor faucets and showers before entering your room.

    Respect for other guests should be observed.
     · Loud music is not allowed after 11:00pm.
     · Loud singing and loud conversations are not allowed after 11:00pm.
     · Firearms are strictly prohibited inside the resort. Please surrender them to management for safekeeping.

    Help us conserve energy.
     · Turn off the air-conditioning unit/electric fan and lights before leaving the room.
     · Turn off faucets/showers before leaving the bathroom.

  • Pannzian Resort is not responsible for loss of personal effects and valuables. You may leave valuables at the reception for safekeeping.

  • The resort has the KA-YO restaurant. Cooking is absolutely not allowed.

  • The resort also has the Pariiran Bar. A corkage fee will be charged for guests that bring their own drinks. Please declare any drinks that you bring in upon checking in at the reception area. Fees are as follows:
     · Beer - Php 20.00/can/bottle
     · Softdrinks - Php 5.00/8 oz., 12 oz., can/bottle
     · Wine - Php 150.00/bottle
     · Hard Liquor - Php 250.00/bottle

  • Night swimming is allowed only up to 10:00pm.

  • Please settle all your bills before checking out. (Cash payment only, no landline for credit transactions).

  • Please surrender your room key at the reception area before leaving. Check out time is at 12:00noon.

  Cancellation Policy:

  • Full payment shall be forfeited for cancellation made 2 days or less before the arrival date (3 days or less during the Holy Week).

  • Fifty percent shall be forfeited for cancellation made 5-3 days before the arrival date. (7-4 days during the Holy Week).

  • Automatic cancellation for all reserved dates and full payment penalty for no show.
