Pannzian’s cuisine is a fusion of Ilocano regional specialties with other Filipino, Asian and international influences. What makes it really special is the fresh locally-caught seafood (including fish brought in right on our beach), and organically grown vegetables and fruits harvested from our own Pannzian Farm. Guests can even pick their own salad. Depending on the season, your dinner might include exotic locally-foraged ingredients you’ve never heard of before.

Pannzian is also the place where Proudly Promdi craft cocktails originated. Using local wines and spirits, as well as more conventional ingredients, mixologist Ken Alonso creates uniques blends that will delight your palate and put you in the Pannzian spirit.
Proudly Promdi cocktails are now served at fine restaurants, bars and weddings around Metro Manila. But it all started at the Pannzian beach bar!
